At INTENSE LLC, we stand behind our high-performance gear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers and hangtags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
